What is aura
Aura is the energy field that surrounds our body. It is the subtle body and within it occurs all of the functions of this body including those of the chakras, nadis, and sheaths. Aura can experience stress as you exchange energies with those around you.
1. Aura cleansing bath
Bathtub with few drops of eucalyptus or lavender oil and a cup of Himalayan sea salt. If you can add sandalwood sage and rose that will be better for cleansing. You can soak yourself for 10 to 30 minutes. If you are taking shower think that your body and aura are getting repaired and negativity is leaving your body. Use fresh herbs and water for each bath.
2. Burn sacred herbs and take smoke coming out of it
We can use herbs such as sage, thyme, and cedar. Burn the bundle of herbs and take smoke coming out of it on your body on each part of your body to cleanse your aura.
3. Walk in the rain
Avoid the first few rainings of the season. When it is normal raining, step out and let the raindrops soak your body. Imagine that all the toxicity and negativity of your body is being washed away with raindrops.
4. Chant Mantra and do Yoga
Wash and dry your hands and sit in a quiet place and visualize your aura. Close your eyes and start combining the space around you with your hands. Start from the top of your body and do it till the bottom. Visualize that your aura is getting cleansed.
