1. Almonds
Almonds carry a plethora of benefits for skin such as giving it hydration and glow. Soak 4-5 almonds in water for a night and in the next morning take out the top layer and prepare a paste with banana. Massage your skin with this paste for 15 minutes then wash it.
2. Walnuts
Walnuts are a great source of vitamin B, which prevents our skin from dark spots and fine lines. Grind 4-5 almonds and prepare a paste with honey. Apply this paste on your face and wait for 30 minutes to let it dry, after that wash your face with cold water.
